This small volume of illustrations was completed during the year 2020. Before publishing it, I wanted to include some ideas that during the last years floated in a universe without any “apparent” direction and not even, with any reliable aspiration to see the light.
This work is the result of some of the observations and creative experiences that I have accumulated over the last 25 years. An almost indefinable activity that summarizes this entire period of search through time and art.
All the material included is unpublished and in its entirety responds to a panoramic criterion, capable of synthesizing all these years of work. A daring and necessary decision to establish a fictitious order on a personal level.
The selection and pacing of the images turned out to be deliberately messy but faithfully guided by a magical pattern that directed the process during composition. A disparity of styles typical of all my influences whose result is printed here.
Este pequeño volumen de ilustraciones fue completado a lo largo del año 2020. Antes de publicarlo quise incluir algunas ideas que durante los últimos años flotaba en un universo sin ningún rumbo “aparente” y ni tan siquiera, con alguna aspiración fiable para ver la luz.
La presente obra es el resultado de algunas de las observaciones y experiencias creativas que he venido acumulando durante los últimos 25 años. Toda una actividad casi indefinible que resume todo este periodo de búsqueda a través del tiempo y del arte.
Todo el material incluido resulta inédito y en su totalidad responde a un criterio panorámico, capaz de sintetizar todos estos años de trabajo. Una decisión atrevida y necesaria para establecer un orden ficticio en el plano personal.
La selección y el ritmo de las imágenes a resultado ser deliberadamente desordenado pero, fielmente guiado por un patrón mágico que durante la composición dirigió el proceso. Una disparidad de estilos propio de todas mis influencias cuyo resultado quede aquí impreso.
